Call Charge Notification

Hi,

 

Is there any way for business customers to monitor their call usage from each individual devices?

 

When I SMS 'use' to 17686, I get an update on my data usage. Is there an SMS for call usage notification/updates?

 

Alternately, similar to the call usage updates the Telstra 24x7 app offers, is there something for business customers OUTSIDE of the online billing portal.

To the best of my knowledge, you have to use Online billing, recent usage,   to check your phone call usage.

The only mobile alternative, as you say you do not want to use online/apps,    is your call log within your phone.
