Problem receiving mail to google apps domains from Exchange 365 domains

We are having issues receiving messages on occasion (well rather frequently) from several domains that are on Exchange 365

 

We have several domains on google apps and they are all affected when being sent mail from 3 separate client businesses (all who happen to be on Exchange 365)

 

Here are the sort of errors we are seeing (forwarded from the different senders on Exchange 365)

 

 

The errors encountered are well before Microsoft's servers even attempt to contact google’s servers.
Here are the relevant lines
