Re: changing sim cards

If you have a Telstra Store, swing in and ask for a SIM replacement. http://tel.st/findstore/

They will bring up your account, and provide you with a replacement SIM card, it takes about 2-5 min, and is free. It is just a replacement for your current SIM so everything else on your account stays the same including your phone number.

If you don't have a Store or Dealer nearby, try chat with mobile assurance on 132200 and say "mobile faults" and they should be able to send one out via the mail which again should be free.
