CHARGING CABLE

Is it just me ,

Are the charging/ data cables different from the Z3 , Z5   and the new XZ?

please help with advise ,

The Z3 and the Z5 are the same they still use the old microUSB type connector.

The XZ caught up the the times and the new standard and has the Type C USB connector.

dont know if you are aware or not you can get MicroUSB to TypeC converters, they are a cheaper alternative to buying an other cable. but i have read some articles that people are saying that you shouldnt use these converters, but obviously its its up too you if you want to or not. Probably best to research it yourslef and make your own decision.
