Experia Z3 - Data not working?

Hi All,

 

ive brought accross a Experia Z3 from optus calls and texts are working fine, however the mobile data doesnt want to connect..

 

Does anyone have any suggestions or fixes?

Hey Guys,

 

Sorted this one out.

Was a simple APN inssue.

Changed over to telstra, no sweat.

probably the first thing to try is maybe turn the phone off and back on and see if it comes back on.

also maybe just check in the Settings > More > and tap on Internet Settings and then Accept. Also maybe head to Mobile Networks and see if you can tap on network operators and choose telstra.

 

if all else fails i would recommend doing a back up of the phone and do a restore. some times there might be some Optus setting lingering behind and may be causing the problem.

 

if all else fails contact Telstra and make sure that data is actaully turned on for your service.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
