PPPoE setting error

Tv is coming up with error and we  don’t know to resolve.

Your TV doesn't appear to be connected to your modem/router or your modem/router doesn't have an internet connection.


I'd recommend turning both the modem and the TV off at the power point and leave them both off for 30 seconds and then turn them back on and see if the issue is resolved.

Do other devices connected to the modem have internet access? What type of connection do you have (ADSL, NBN)?
