Hi. I have 3 Telstra pre paid services. 2 are my children’s phone and last is mine. I recently transferred number from another provider, the 2 other numbers appear on app but mine does not. I want to make changes to my number but because it doesn’t appear I can’t do anything. How do I get it added?
