Trouble activating prepaid sim

Hi. 4 days ago I purchased a s card with $40 prepaid credit. After inserting sim and following instructions to activate, I was finally sent a text after almost 4 hours with my new number and a link to finish the activation. I click on the link, and it asks me if I am already with telstra or am new. Seeing as I got a notification email as well, I try the 'existing' option with my email and password. It says it is invalid. So I try the 'new member' option, fill out all the info, and it says I'm already a member, or sends me to a page with an error message. My phone says telstra at the top left but I cannot call, text or use the internet. When I go to the email I was sent and copy and paste the order number into the tracking website, it says it is still pending. It has been pending for 4 days now. I'm unsure of how to activate this sim and really need to make some calls, as I am in corona virus quarantine. I'm about to throw my phone out the window. Any advice muchly appreciated.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
