Business Appointment

Answered
I would like to make a complaint about an appointment  for your store today
It was definitely a business appointment that I booked through the Telstra website specifically to address issues with my business accounts which I wanted to rationalise
This information was all included when I booked the appointment through thie website:

When I arrived the staff had no idea I was coming, never introduced themselves (although I think the staff member who sat down with me may have been called Patrick)
I was informed that they could not do anything to help with business accounts, and asked me if I wanted to buy a new mobile while I was there
I was told they had no idea where a ”business centre” might be, but thought there might be one in Thomastown

I found this to be not only a complete waste of time, but your staff weren’t particularly professional, and left me with no idea on how to proceed next.

Re: Business Appointment

A formal complaint can also be submitted via the secure link at  https://tel.st/6naln which will be followed up by a case manager - it can take a few business days to be assigned and initial contact made, but you'll be dealing with the same person for the duration of the case.

Re: Business Appointment

HI Melbourne3, I appreciate the time taken to contact us and apologise for the poor experience with the store visit today. The best point of contact for this to be followed up would be with the area manager for the store you visited - contact details can be found at https://tel.st/kk8l8

While we're not able to access accounts via posts on these forums, you can find details of the Telstra Business Centres in your area via https://tel.st/kcf7j centres and our Business teams on 13 2000 or through the online chat service at  https://tel.st/zw2uv can help with any account questions or problems in future.

Re: Business Appointment

Thanks for your reply Greg. The link seems to be for "regional" as in "country"

I won't bother
