Telstra Robina Store

Hi, having lots of trouble trying to improve my wifi as I can not get adsl. Received the mobile smart antenna but it has not made a hoot of difference. Does telstra have a service where a tech can come to your house and assess my situation

Hi. I bought my new note 5 on thursday and it was meant to be connected in a hour from my old note 3.
It is still not connected. Ive turned it off and on several times too.
