I purchased the platinum series HTC A9 equivalent model , built by Telstra with HTC that I have broken. The phone is working fine, but the LCD is a wreck lol

Several sectors of the lower touchscreen are not registering to touch so texting becomes impossible as well as swiping to answer calls doesn't work. Any clues?
