web hosting

The company I work for have a domain hosted by Telstra and have logged a couple of support tickets.

I have had no status update on these tickets in over a month and am unable to login to the portal at https://mc-au.server-secure.com to check. The portal stopped working a couple of weeks ago.

As phone support is non existent at the moment is there an email address or other contact mechanism available?
